On Saturday, Feb. 5th my sister in Christ and I were out in Conway for a wedding and needed our make up done. We took a chance and went to Little Rock to see if this mall would be able to help. We found a MAC Counter in Dillard's and walked up as soon as they opened. Unfortunately, we were informed that we typically need appointments - but since there were two ladies that hadn't shown up and were 30 minutes late they sat us down right away. 🙌🏿 Amber Nichols took me and another young lady took my friend. I showed Amber a few pictures of what make up scheme I was thinking of doing and told her the color of my dress was coral. Let me tell you! Amber is the real deal! The MAC artist at Dillard's Park Plaza are amazing. Friendly, talented, and helpful. What more could you ask for. The only down side is they are so talented they constantly have makeovers so walking in for one is impossiable. If a makeover is what you are wanting you should book an appointment way in advance!

They are very pushy. My wife goes there and she comes out saying that she did not buy anything because she did not like that the sales persons try to give her makeup that does not match her skin tone. Also they do not listen to what the customer wants. They always try to sell her the wrong foundation
