MAC Cosmetics

I attempted to get my make-up done for an event on 10/25/2025. The store was empty of customers. I was told by the extremely rude salesperson that they were completely booked, all day and that I needed to make an appointment. I advised that their website does NOT allow appointments on Saturday. She then shrugged her shoulders and stood on her claim that they were booked. I promptly went to Nordstrom and received excellent assistance from a sales clerk that truly understands EXECELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love MAC but I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE EVER! Go to Nordstrom not this MAC store at the Keystone Crossing mall!

Kalieb it's not only beautiful, but has a beautiful personality. He allowed me to try on mascara and even gave me direction on lipstick. Very friendly and extremely informative. Patient and precise. If anyone goes to the MAC store at the Keystone Crossing ask for KALIEB he's #1!!!!!

I had the best experience with the best MUA! Brendan went above and beyond to match my correct shade and find the right foundation for my skin!!!!!! He was very attentive and knowledgeable! I love when I come in a store and get great customer service! Thanks Brendan!!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an incredibly talented makeup artist at this location, Jess, and I cannot recommend her enough! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. First off, she was incredibly timely, starting exactly when my appointment was scheduled for in-store, which was such a relief! She also made me feel at ease from the moment we started, giving me plenty of time to explain exactly what I wanted. What really stood out to me was how patient she was—she listened attentively to all my preferences, especially when it came to my eye makeup. She even took the time to suggest different liner options, walking me through the pros and cons of each type. I appreciated her insight, as she explained the difference between pencil, liquid, and potted

Went in between appointments and in a rush, they helped me quickly and efficiently in under 15 minutes… such a great experience, highly recommend!
