Amazing! Flew in for an event and a MUA I had booked canceled 2 hours before my appointment.I literally flew in with just my tinted moisturizer 🤣. I found this location thinking well if someone is not available then at least I'll attempt on my own. An employee was so helpful and available and had me looking fab quick. I'm the worst with names but she's gorgeous so you can't miss her !

I don't see why this establishment has such terrible reviews. I disagree. I love that this store is tax free & discounted. The staff is beyond sweet, very attentive & full of life. If you're looking to get your make-up done, ask for Casi!!! She's such a sweetheart & extremely talented!! She won't make a move until she knows exactly what it is that you want done. You won't be disappointed. It's a great experience!

Outstanding customer service! Despite they had run out on the color of lipstick I needed, they were extremely helpful during my visit, guided me through every step of the way so that I could achieve my purpose. To be honest, Casi and another staff member beyond exceeded my expectations of great customer service, they demonstrated their knowledge and were just a pleasure to have met. I will definitely be returning to this MAC store, I was more than impressed with their service.

If I could rate this lower I'd give it a Zero. Went a few months back looking to get some shadow, needing assistance from what I thought would be helpful staff. I was snapped at by one of the makeup artists who felt it necessary to give me attitude when I politely asked for assistance. Yea I will never go to this MAC location again. I've been to MAC stores before and never had a negative experience till this place opened. Staff is in need of people skills training as well as how to conduct professionally while also hiring more staff. I get better service and help with the staff at Ulta.

A woman helped me immediately find my shade today in NC42 Her name started with a B i forgot how to spell her lovely name. She was very nice and made sure i was finding everything okay. This is how you do customer service!!! Outstanding applause for her 💜 i hope shes there every time i come back to shop
