The workers at the Mac counters are always very nice. But Mac has drastically changed the MAC total finish powder. It doesn't last on your face any length of time it is very flaky and there is less and less in the case BUT of course it cost more and more. I have been a happy customer since 2000 and yet I will not longer be spending hundreds of dollars each year like I have in the past. I very much wish that they had not changed the Total Finish powder. I will take my business somewhere else.

Amazing experience. Giselle took the time to do my makeup beautifully and explained what she was doing in detail so that I could learn. They didn't even charge me for the lesson. Makeup is tested on animals though.

The staff were very friendly and helped me with such genuine empathy. They took my feelings into consideration and helped me so much.
