MAC Cosmetics - Dillard's

Being using MAC makeup since my Hollywood days in Los Angeles, CA. Love everything about MAC! I really like the new travel size makeup options. It’s make trying something different affordable and it all fits perfectly in Mt suitcase. Dani provided excellent customer service! This store is located inside of Dillard’s.

Today I went in and wanted to do a exchange on a lip kit for the JT lip kit the Hispanic girl was so damn rude ! She didn’t greet me when I walked in she act like she didn’t see me she didn’t tell me her name or ask what did I need help with I had to start the conversation , she was very dry had a stank look on her face the whole time just wasn’t welcoming at all she made my shopping experience super horrible. They wouldn’t give me her name that’s what set the icing on the cake as well

Cindy was so helpful & knowledgeable. I'll definitely go back for more input- Went in to match the new Serum foundation. It's worth it! It's 1 of my favorite foundations (especially as my skin matures). MAC makes hits consistently.

Went there to return a bathing suit because I bought it a couple days prior and now it was on sale. Asked her if I could re-buy it afterwards for the sale price and she refused to let me, lol. What’s the difference? Crazy.

This was my first experience at a MAC store and it was amazing. The lady helping me was so sweet and knowledgeable. I believe her name was Briana. She helped me find a perfect shade of foundation and my skin tone can be difficult to match. She really went the extra mile to make sure that I would be happy with the product long-term instead of being a pushy/snooty salesperson. Her makeup was also flawless. I'm sold and I will continue to shop at MAC because their service is as top-notch as their product.
