I stopped in about 20 minutes before close, the associate working was cleaning the floors. She didn’t say hello or anything kind (I was the only customer in there) she just said “WATCH! The floors are WET, just walk in the middle.” I couldn’t look at much of anything standing in the middle, she seemed annoyed that I was there and didn’t say anything more or offer any help, she just kept mopping, so I left. I felt like an inconvenience. I understand that store associates just want to get home when their shift is done, but I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

Had the best experience with Chi-Chi! Helped me with new lip product and advised me on the best lip liner to match. So charming and helpful! Love this store.

I went in a few days ago to purchase a few things since I left my products back in Louisiana. Josie assisted quickly along with matched me perfectly!! I was able to get my make up done for my date night which turned out beautifully. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be returning.

I love love love this store because of the manager and MUA Josie. She was so welcoming and knew how to do my teenage daughter face. She was pleasant and great at giving make up advice. I loved her so much i choose to go to her store instead of my local store closer to DC.
