MAC Cosmetics

Booked an appointment to get my makeup done for my family photos. Only had one person working in store and doing my makeup at the same time. 45 mins into my session I left because she had to keep stopping to attend to customers who walked in. Ran out of time and just walked out because I was going to be late for my photos. Please don’t get your make up done here, it’s a joke.

Terrible experience here. Went in to buy a simple foundation .They did not have my shade on the counter so I had to ask for help . Wich no one gave me . They totally ignored me for more than 10 minutes. Fuzzing over and rearranging merchandise instead. I'm glad I will never be spending my dollars on Mac makeup again.

Mean girls work at this store, literally wont let you checkout unless you give them an email. Also the Cashier made a rude comment about me not wearing lipliner with my lipstick and gave me a nasty face. Never buying from MAC again. Rude! Don’t shop at MAC

Terrible customer service. My girlfriend came in today to find some lipstick for her friend for her birthday. When she asks an associate for a recommendation for red lipstick they gave her a recommendation then left. My girlfriend didn't want to risk getting the same lipstick for her friends so she opted for a shade that was a different color. She then went to wait in line to make her purchase and an associate came and asked her for her email. The same associate then took a look at my girlfriend's pic in lipstick color and gave her an interesting remark. They said ooh girl I don't think that's red. I had a terrible experience — long wait to pay, (only one person in front of me took 20minutes) rude and careless service, and a messy color-matching process that left my sweater covered in powder. Please work on improving customer service because this visit was extremely frustrating.
