Dina is the best! She was super kind, courteous, helpful, but most importantly, knowledgeable. Her make up looks stunning and her hard work and passion definitely did not go unnoticed. She was able to help me find products to implement in my routine. She explained the steps and application, so I was comfortable with trying out new items. Definitely will come back just for her!

We went to Macy's Bridgewater Commons to visit the MAC Cosmetics booth to find a replacement Black Panther X MAC Love Me Liquid 'Show Off' lip gloss. We were looking through the demo box to find the color but couldn't locate it. The associate working there was on her phone at the time and didn't approach to assist us at first. When we got her attention, we asked if they had the specific lip gloss we were looking for but told us that we'd have to check the MAC Cosmetics direct store. Then her friend/co-worker passed by the booth while we were still speaking with the associate. When my wife was asking if there was a shade close to the one she wanted, the associate stated that we'll have to wait now as she's with a "customer". The associate and friend start chatting in their foreign language,

Horrible customer service!! I placed a large order but it’s taking longer than expected to receive it. I put in for expedited shipping. Showing it will get here Monday, I called and the CS agent said he fixed it and I will get it Friday. I didn’t trust the process and called back but was told it won’t be here until Monday. I asked to speak with a Manager and was told I would have to wait 24-48 hours which is unacceptable!!!!

They know how to treat customers and the lady was very nice!
