MAC Cosmetics

This MAC had very pushy and passive aggressive customer service. The lady who helped me made me feel like I HAD to buy what I was trying out. She had me sit down, and showed me the techniques that she used, which was helpful. However, when she finished, I told her I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy it. I don’t know about others, but I like to think about the products I’m going to buy before I commit to the purchase. I don’t like buying on a whim. She made me feel like I HAD to buy it because I told her that I “liked it”. I would have liked to browse more products, but the experience made me feel uncomfortable. She made it apparent that she was a bit annoyed after helping and I didn’t want to deal with that.

I went in for mascara and liner. I was not greeted or asked of i needed help. We were in the store maybe 7-10 min the sales agent came and closed the drawer with my hand partially in. She took the items and said its policy that the customer they hold items behind the counter. I wanted to buy more but I felt very uncomfortable I went and purchased the rest from the Macys Mac counter

I love Lacey she’s so kind and helpful always and Natasha I believe was also very nice this is my favorite location Lacey always goes above and beyond I come all the way here just for her !

Please don't shop from here I did a return from here over 3 months ago and I got my half refund back to the card since I did in 1 transaction half card and half cash purchase so when I went to do 1 return got the money back for that part after few days went to do another return I told the lady I want cash back without questioning she puts the return back to the card how can a cash return go back to the card. Common sense when I was making a purchase I asked will I get the money back just the way I paid when I was doing the return I have been trying to find where my return went it's been over 3 months and I am pretty much pissed 😡 don't know manager is nice trying to work with me but don't know what her head manager are doing and it's frustrating this is so inconvenient for a customer I pra

Artist Fab was fabulous lol. I went into MAC this morning just for concealer and bronzer. Fab sat me down to apply a few different products including some additional items like the priming serum, highlighter etc. She took the time to educate me on the whole process as its been awhile since i've worn a full face of makeup. I ended up buying several of items used and she reawakened my love for makeup again <3 thanks so much
