MAC Cosmetics

I had a FANTASTIC experience at the MAC store in the Mall of America the other night! So much so, that I felt inclined to write a positive review.I had an issue with a defective product, and Julien went above and beyond to help me, and make it right! Julien was helpful and friendly, and even reached out to the Manager, Lexi, who had just left for the night. Julien explained my situation to her and she okayed an exchange, sight unseen, which was greatly appreciated! I live out of town and don’t have a MAC store close to me, so this was a big help. Thank you for the outstanding service, Julian (and Lexi)! Keep up the great work! I will definitely come back and see you guys when I’m in Minnesota again! Super nice staff!! Amazing customer service! I was able to get a foundation match sample and will be coming back to purchase full size! Had a great visit :) I don’t remember who helped me but she was so sweet!

I went into MAC at MOA today to buy a new shade of lipstick and I have to give props to the woman working the counter. She was the only one working and there was this “Karen” there being an absolute menace. The employee was doing her best to resolve this woman’s issue which related to a store credit card or something (why “Karen” didn’t just call customer service is a mystery). Meanwhile, the woman was being rude, short-tempered, and clearly felt entitled to monopolize all of the employee’s time even though there were several other customers who needed assistance and our girl was on her own. The employee exhibited super-human patience and poise in dealing with that woman and I hope her managers see this and give her recognition (and a raise).

Joey was so helpful and they just had SUCH a fun and loving energy! I wish their energy was in all the beauty stores. Joey took time to even talk with my daughter (12)about the latest make up trends and truly just was a real light! Joey deserves recognizable spotlight. Joeys smile , Happiness and spunk was so FUN!!!! It was the perfect ending to our MOA experience. ❤️🦘

I stopped by to get my favorite items. Lucky me was no line,( just one customer checking out) no customers, it was a grab, pay and go because I knew everything I was getting so here I am at the counter for 5 minutes without been acknowledged from the employee I said to my self okay let me be patient, 10 more minutes still she look at me and nothing 5 more minutes I left, Please when customers are waiting for your service please acknowledge them let them know you will be with them shortly...is Rude to look and not say anything. I was very disappointed.
