MAC Cosmetics- Belk Mcdonough

I needed some makeup, and I went to Belk on Jonesboro Road. When I walked in, it was bright and welcoming. I bought a Michael Kors wallet, jewelry and Mac makeup. I had a wonderful time and a very pleasant ☺ 🤩shopping experience. Join me tomorrow and you will see how much fun I had and how much money I saved.😁😁😁

You listened to my skin issues and made recommendations based on my concerns/ issues. The sample you provided is a perfect match and I will definitely return to purchase. To be honest, you offering me the sample let me know that your customer being satisfied is priority. You could have easily just sold me the product but this simple gesture has earned you a loyal/ repeat customer. I definitely see why you are a Mac Cosmetics manager. This is my favorite counter in the entire world! And I travel the world often so I would know. With all my world travels I always find myself back at the Mac counter in Belk McDonough and for good reason! I never have to wait to be helped and everyone that works here is just so pleasant and fun, especially that cute Manager Ann. She's the only one who can get my lashes right. Make sure you ask her how she does those fabulous brows.

I have been going to this Mac counter for years. The staff is always knowledgeable and kind. I moved over an hour away and still make it a point to travel to this location whenever I am in need of make up. They also have some Amazingly talented artist that have done my face on multiple occasions. I can’t wait till things get back to normal so I can get this face beat again. Forever my Mac counter ❤️

The MAC Counter is the worst!!!! Every time I go there to purchase products I am waiting 20-30 minutes for assistance. I understand there is only one person working this area but to have someone waiting this long to buy products is not only insane but a complete turnoff for a consumer. I’ve actually walked out a few times because the wait was too long. Who knows how much money they’ve lost because people are walking away. I’m not the only one! I’ve seen many people leave because the wait is just unnecessary. Not to mention you are waiting for an extended period of time, in a major department store during a pandemic. I’m done at this point! Moving on to Sephora!!!
