MAC Cosmetics - Belk

I made an appointment with Mac two weeks ago to get my makeup done for some pictures I had this morning. My pictures were originally scheduled for 10:00 but Mac told me they didn’t open until 10, so I rescheduled my pictures to 11:00 just so I could get my makeup done. I was assured that someone would be at the counter at 10:00, and that it would be no issue for them to do my makeup. I arrived at 10:00 this morning and no one was at the counter. A very helpful lady at another counter got into contact with the makeup artist from Mac to ask where she was and to let her know that her 10:00 appointment was waiting. The Mac lady informed us that she would not be there until 11 as she had assumed that someone else would just show up to do my makeup. So needless to say I did NOT get my makeup d

Kiana (I think that’s how you spell her name) took on a strange request for a photo shoot the day of and killed it! She’s the sweetest and absolutely loves a challenge and something out of her comfort zone. If you need any stage makeup or intense eye makeup for an event, go see her!! You won’t regret it.

There were several ladies waiting, but I was waiting patiently on a representative. I finally told one of the girls what I wanted and she said ok, I'll be right with you. Well, I saw this other girl walk up, and I noticed that she was waiting on her before she did me. To add insult to injury, when I returned home and viewing my receipt I noticed I was charged the wrong price for the lipstick. I looked it up online and it was $15. She charged me $16. I love Mac cosmetics but I WILL NOT be looked over anymore as if my money does not spend as others. The next time this happens I will definitely speak to a manager!!!!

Always helpful whether II buy one thing or ten things and as always if available, they make my face up (Jack me up) so I can see the products on my face of I have the time they further help with giving me instructions on the makeup And how to applt. Its a valuable tool for me and smart PR for Belk. At Ulta I can't get that time or type of service. I've loved BELK IN MACON SINCE I WAS A TEEN OVER 50 years ago. what I’m buying I real time.

Been shopping here for years at MAC Anitra is a jewel. I'll always go there looking for her to make my purchases with so she can do my makeup. 😁😁😁😁
