MAC Cosmetics

I went to have a make up applied The staff available seemed willing to help yet NO all of them had the information on different prices related to the services. Within one hour my eyelashes fell off .I was charged $ 60.00 for applying make up area of eyes . The system is that we MUST buy products for the amount of 60 and $90.00 for full face make up. There is NOT written information about it. So much do that the lady had to ask two other staff member and CESAR the manager explained very clearly. Shocking was to see how for a second was just like a BAZAAR

As a repeat customer of MAC Aventura, I love this location! I’ve been attended by Cyn in the past and this time around, I had my appointment with Michi! Both ladies Slay and I was very impressed with my experiences. Michi took the time to help me create a vision of what my holiday party look should be. From her smoky eye technique, contouring and base application, I felt very confident and received a lot of compliments throughout my night. During my visit, Michi was attentive and so kind! She even gave me some good tips I plan on using for everyday looks. MAC is a good line of cosmetics and I really enjoyed their Hyper Real skin care and prep line. MAC lip glosses never disappoint! I would highly recommend Michi and Cyn for their professional services any day.

She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to my skincare concerns. Rather than rushing through, she thoughtfully answered all of my questions and helped me try out a variety of products that were well-suited to my needs. Her friendly demeanor made the experience not only helpful but truly enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to making sure customers feel comfortable and confident in their choices. She went above and beyond, and I left feeling excited about the products and so grateful for her guidance. Thank you for having such a wonderful team member—I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

Wonderful staff! I came in shortly before closing not knowing exactly what I wanted and I had the best experience ever! They were so patient in helping me build the perfect pro palette. I was being very particular in the shades I wanted and they didn’t stop until I had exactly what I what I envisioned. Mikey taught me how to get the perfect bubble gum pink lip color for my skin tone, she was great! It’s a busy store so you’ll definitely get the assistance you need with a little patience :)
