MAC Cosmetics

Had a wonderful experience with Makayla today in the MAC store on Concourse A in the Hartsfield-Jackson airport in Atlanta. She helped me with my brows. She is very talented and was very kind, patient, and professional. The end results were beautiful. She managed waiting in customers who came in while working with me. I applaud her professionalism.

I'm m a loyal MAC shopper. So I stopped at the MAC store while in the Atlanta airport (terminal A). I've never been treated so poorly at a store. The woman helping me put lipstick on my hand... a color I was not interested in... then gave me nothing to wipe it off. I was looking for red and they were out of it.. so she was trying to get me to get a different color. I asked for 2 of the foundations and she only rang up one... acted irritated that I said I wanted two... so I ended up with one and will never ever go back! Maybe a better hiring process for future employees. I said goodbye have a nice day... she looked at me and turned her head :(

My Day Trip to Atlanta began at MAC Cosmetics (in Concourae/Terminal F) with the smile on Melissa’s face when she greeted me and very confidently said she could provide the natural eye look that I wanted for an afternoon wedding… and she delivered a stellar slightly shimmery shadow with natural-looking lashes! WINNING!!! 🤩

Sereka at the Mac F concourse was phenomena. She helped me choose my lipstick and help with Mac up. Put make up on me. She is a keeper, she is positive, and very helpful

I can tell that the person who helped me wasn't really excited about doing so. She was just there to get a check. That's not normal behavior from MAC makeup artists. They're usually happy and helpful. Anyway, the main purpose of my review is to let you know that the MAC stores inside of the airport are ran by Hudson group. The MAC Cosmetics return policy does not apply here. I'm not usually one for needing to return anything, but the MAC airport locations don't sell one of the particular concealer lines so I had to get a substitution. My normal shade in the substitution line was lighter. I needed to return it, but can't because you can't return anything at their stores unless they are unopened and in the original packing. Most people don't need to return makeup unless they have tried it on
