The Lady at the store was very nice. Didn't push unnecessary items. She knows here makeup and techniques to help. She made the experience great for my daughter and made her comfortable.

My partner and I stopped in about an hour ago to pick up a few specific things for an event, knowing little about makeup and being honestly a little trepidatious about the whole thing. The lady who helped us was incredible, a total angel. She went through our list and explained how things worked, did our foundation matching, and overall completely set our minds at ease. I only regret that I didn't get her name to call up the chain with a commendation!

My daughter came in for a walk in makeover and Julio was amazing. Gave her the exact look we’re looking for and made great recommendations. We ended buying most of what he recommended and he didn’t seem bothered by our drop in. Thanks Julio

BIANCA IS A LIFESAVER!!!! long story short, I needed to learn how to do my own bridal makeup because my MUA last minute canceled on me. Bianca took my under her wing and taught me how to apply makeup for my big day. She was kind and patient and made sure I felt confident before I left.

drove 2 hours to get to the store 30 minutes before it closed and the store was closed early. this is really disappointing considering i called earlier to make sure the store closed when i would get there because there was an item i really needed to have before an upcoming trip. call it bad planning on my part but it’s highly disappointing making the trip to get there on time before the store closed to be met with closed doors and employees who looked visibly upset someone would come to the store 30 mins before closing. my bad.
