We went in to get my daughter’s makeup Matched to their skin tone. Homecoming is coming up and the girls had questions in regards to concealer and lip combinations.Dakota was our Makeup person and she was soooo sweet and really went above and beyond to make those experience top tier.She was very knowledgeable and educated the girls on different products to use and how to apply them.I loved the colors and layout of the store.

I usually buy online but I went into this store to see some product colors in person. Dekoda helped me and was so nice. I was blown away by the customer service here at this location. Will visit again!

Rude mean girl energy. I felt so uncomfortable standing at the till while a group of them all congregated around the till talking and laughing. When I handed the product to one of them she looked at me as if how dare I, another team member then took it and finished the sale. Not a thank you, not a bye.. my only regret was spending the money there and not a few doors down in Sephora. It was always empty any time I walked past while all the other shops were packed. Wonder why?

Cashier super nice, I ask the guy to show me how to do my brows and I would purchase the items. His reply I can’t we have to take breaks. I sit for 20 mins and watch him do nothing but chat with staff poor service.

Came here around 10 pm 7/27 and was trying to purchase a blush. I was swatching the shades and trying to figure out which one I wanted to purchase when an associate came over and disregarded me standing right there trying to pick out a blush, pushed past me and turned her back to me blocking the whole selection for me to choose from just to start helping another person beside me. A simple “excuse me” or “I’ll help you in a second” would have sufficed. I put the product down and left the store, I’d rather just go elsewhere. It just seemed blatantly rude and unprofessional especially when I went in with intentions to buy products and just needed to figure out my shade.
