The guy at the counter was super sweet!!! Early today I was in Sephora looking for makeup and the customer service there was absolutely awful they treated my like a criminal when i had not stolen nor was I intending to steal anything, the man at the counter over heard me on the phone talking to my mother about how awful the customer service was there and what had happened and he said he had troubles with that as well and the same store i was just in and told me that i was aloud to play with the makeup at my free will (neatly of course) and he was super nice and super helpful. Thank you M•A•C for the great customer service.

I came to purchase some fix+ spray today and Jasmine was very rude and dismissive. She’s extremely unprofessional and does not care about her job. I will not be returning to this Mac.

Unhelpful, had no idea what they were doing and out of nearly every product. Absolutely would not return.
