I love when I get a long layover because then I get an opportunity to explore! I took the time I had and strolled into the M.A.C. Store! Besides the fact that 90% of my make up is M.A.C., it’s always great when you get greeted by an amazing make up artist who LOVES her job and is good at it! She perfectly matched me to a new shade of foundation and the blush looked so good, I bought that too! If you’re ever in need of advice on what shade or someone who knows what they’re doing, pop in and see Kay on your layover! Thanks love!!! 💕

I expressed my difficulty with my search to find a perfect signature scent, and Shelby was very helpful in assisting! She was extremely knowledgeable about the notes in each perfume, as well as the notes that compliment them. Save yourself the feeling of uncomfortable and dont bother, they want no customers there The associate help is poor, with attitude. I was helped by a tall, short haired, African American girl who was not friendly and offish. I felt uncomfortable and am not going to go back there. The attitude was awful, unhelpful, and unkind. It was convenient to buy makeup there, but its just not worth it as the sales people are consistently not friendly over this past year. Im nice, smiling, polite, so why am I the only one saying thank you while spending over $100???? The attitude was clear and I see many gave poor reviews for that same sales person. Im not loyal to Mac, and its more of a convenience thing. So not much missed when I skip this store next time. Its also very hot in there, they can’t get

I visited the MAC Cosmetics counter on March 2nd around 9:10 PM, and the experience was very disappointing. The associate who helped me had a rude and dismissive attitude the entire time. Every time I asked her about a product while literally standing at the MAC counter and physically showing her the item — she kept responding with, “And what product?” It didn’t make sense because I was clearly pointing to and holding the product I was asking about. Instead of being helpful, she came off annoyed and irritated, like I was bothering her. Shopping for makeup is supposed to feel fun and welcoming, not uncomfortable. Her tone and attitude made the entire interaction negative. Honestly, I should have just waited until I got back to my own city and gone to a MAC counter inside a mall I would h
