M·A·C at Macy's

I have been using MAC for years, however my experience yesterday at the MAC in Macy's Dulles literally drove me to shop Sephora which I will be now switching all my business to. I went to the MAC in Macy's to get a foundation recommendation and recommendations for a full face of makeup as I was out of several items and was wanting to switch things up. When I walked in, there were only 2 makeup artists who were trying to help customers at the same time as they were doing appointments. I waited for a while to be helped, but when a makeup artist finally came over she asked myself & a customer who had come in after I did what we needed. Although I told her that I had been waiting longer and she acknowledged what I said, she then literally ignored me & proceeded to help the other customer. W

This store is very very good. All girls are helpful & patience. Such a nice behavior. Specially Sofia. She was briefly describing me about products & how can I use it. Really appreciate her job.

After trying to find the right foundation and someone to help me I finally walked away with no success. The girls were too busy talking and looking at their phones. I miss the MAC counter at Nordstrom. This mall is failing fast and staff like this doesn’t help

Went to the MAC counter after spending some time in the Sephora where only one girl was working on a weekend. No thanks. Got a perfect match & exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!!

The employee she was very rude , she apply for me the eye lash and she told me to close my eyes while she apply it I don’t understand how I close my eyes and she glue Right now, that’s was not a smart idea , after I told her I m not closing my eyes she start to be rude.
