Rachelle is a phenomenal esthetician and is just fantastic in her waxing services. My husband and I tried our first ever waxing experiences with her and she was not only highly professional and courteous throughout the service, but also she was very kind and fun to chat with (and we had so much fun talking!). OMG!! This was my first Brazilian wax and I was so comfortable, because Rachelle was so friendly and professional. On a scale from 1-10 the pain level was a 7 but like I said it was my first time and the first is always the worst. Despite all that I love love love the way it looks and feel. My experience with Rachelle at Mabista Brazilian was absolutely amazing. She was very precise, made me feel so comfortable and I walked away hair free and happy! She is very knowledgable about techniques, which made my experience as pain-free as possible and we had great conversation the whole time. Totally amazing experience she uses high quality wax and products. Rachelle is so nice and very accommodating! She fit us in last minute and called me back as soon as she missed the call. Customer service is a 15 out of 10. I'll never go anywhere else in O'Fallon or fairview again.
