M&A Nails and Spa of Springfield

LISA DOES IT EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!!!!! I go here because the prices are AMAZING but also because they value training their employees so that everyone is good at what they do. I go to Lisa every two weeks and she has never disappointed me! The first picture I have listed here is from today. I usually go in with an idea of what I want, but this time I didn’t like the idea I chose, so I let Lisa choose my designs, and this is what she came up with, and I couldn’t be happier!!! She always does amazing work and I can tip her well because the prices are so good! I’m taking my daughter to her next week and I will never let another person touch my nails if I can help it. Disappointed with their work - I got classic manicure and pedicure (no gel) and my finger nails chipped not even 24 hours later. I understand that I got just classic polish, but my nails have NEVER chipped off this quickly when I do them at home. I very rarely go to places like this but wanted to treat myself while I wrapped up busy season at work, but I was again reminded why I don't waste my money on some services. The pedicure was totally fine, but if I knew my classic manicure was going to be totally half-assed, I would have just done them at home.

Bad experience and over charged. My daughter went to get a full set with gel polish, French manicure with blue polish. They charged her 82$. 52$ for the full set and gel, 10$ extra for the blue French, 20$ for some little gold dots with polish that you can't even see. I picked her up and asked what the rates were and for what. She asked her nail tech prices before she began the work and was told 52$ and then 10$ extra for the blue french. I believe they took advantage of her with the prices because the work was not even all that good. She specified she want them longer and the lady cut them to the length of her actual nail. My daughter didn't like them. When I was asking what they charged her they were extremely rude.

First and last time at this location. The price did not match the quality of work. I literally had to tell the guy doing my pedicure to get under my toenails before he tried to reach and drain the water. Also I noticed they didn’t use the tool that tickles your feet.. I’m not sure what it’s called but I looked at the bottom of my feet the next day and it barely looked like I got anything done. My nails looked good up until 3 days later, the gel polish begin to peel and acrylic was chipping.. I’ve never experienced that a day in my life so, I won’t be returning. $112 wasted! I left town the next day so I couldn’t even go back to get anything fixed.

I was going to another salon for over a decade and honestly my nail tech wasn’t the nicest all those years, and she couldn’t do everything I wanted. I searched locally and read the reviews on this place and found Lily! She’s as amazing as everyone says she is, and not only does she do amazing work, she’s as sweet as can be. She also doesn’t price gouge like a lot of salons are, she didn’t want me emptying my wallet and going overboard and I appreciate that so much. I found my new spot! And they’re open Mondays! Can’t wait to come back ❤️ thanks Lily!
