I approached this business and their secretary for help navigating the commons. I was not a client and the receptionist went above and beyond to help by inquiring with the owner who was in the middle of a hair service. Both the owner and all other staff went above and beyond with their kindness, even offering to drop off a piece of mail for me by hand to another business. Would absolutely love to support them in the future and encourage you to do the same! Gorgeous space and incredibly warm staff!

The travel team did any amazing job with my updo! They came to Charlevoix, MI to do my groups of ladies hairstyles for the Starfall Ball and OMG they blew us away! So great! Shawna did a mouth dropping job on my hair. I couldn't believe it, felt like a fantasy princess. Thank you ladies you all were amazing!!

Shawna did a fantastic job with my hair & sitting in her chair felt like having coffee with an old friend. She made me feel comfortable and made sure she was explaining the process and products she was using. So excited to finally have a salon I like!

I absolutely adore this place. I started coming here a few years ago, and have never had a bad experience. I see Megan, and I love catching up with her regularly! My hair has never been more healthy and beautiful. She also does a wonderful job on my nails. She really cares about her clients! Everyone else are incredible too. My whole family comes here, including my 2 year old. We love M Salon!

I had been to MSalon one other time for a different service so when I received a gift certificate from my kids for this business I decided to give getting a haircut a try. Brittany did a great job and I was very happy to have found a new stylist until I got to the counter to pay and was told that in between when I had received the gift card and that day, they had changed their software and could not find record of the card in their system so they would not honor it. The card was a little over a year old but did not say anything on it about an expiration date of any sort. I was told they would look around in the system a little more but never heard back from them. They may have made $50 off the gift card but have lost any future business from me and with haircuts starting at $61 they ar
