I made an appointment in advance and in person with their front desk personnel to have Monique, the owner, color my hair. I read good reviews about her and was looking forward to my new color. When I arrived on my appointment date, I was told to have a seat. After 10 minutes went by I was then told she was running late. When she arrived 20 minutes later I showed her and discussed the color I wanted and she explained she would have to mix some colors together to get the right shade.
