M-Royal Nails and Spa

I’m giving this place a big fat 0 Star review! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! My daughter and I had appointments on Saturday at 2:30. We weren’t seated until about 3:00. We continued to sit another half hour until 2 girls came over. Prior to that, one of the girls went over to start running water for another customer and totally doused her with water. A loud argument started between the 2 girls for approximately 15 minutes (in front of other customers) and then one of the other male workers started in. (I have this on video). The gal that was doing my pedicure obviously took her frustrations out on me and cut one of my toes pretty significantly! She, initially, did not acknowledge the fact and hoped by putting my foot back in the water I wouldn’t notice. (I have pics as well). After the fact s

I have been here so many times over the last year and worked with 4 of the staff members. They have all been very professional. I have gotten manis, pedis, acrylics, eyebrow and leg waxing. I have not been disappointed in any of my visits! My french manicures from Kevan are complimented daily by multiple customers and my newest design by the female tech (missed her name) has me giddy!

The guy who did my nails was rude and kept hurting me. He also got mad when I asked him to fix something. my nails are all uneven and some are thick and some are thin. my nails arw also sticking very high up and look awful. My nails have never looked like this after I got them done. I will never be going here again, especially after how much I paid and the result I got..

I wish I could leave 0 stars! One of the worst nails shop I ever been to. My nails look a mess and it’s ONLY BEEN 2 days. This dip polish by the way.

I had gone to Glaxcy nails a week before and they messed my real nails up. So I went to M- Royal and had her cut my nails. She did a wonderful job.
