Paid over $80 including tip for gel X extensions. Service was completely rushed. She finished in 25 minutes. Nails are awfully shaped, One broke not even four hours later, & she put so much of the adhesive that glues the gel X tips to the nail bed that some of them are pointing in an upward position as seen in the photos below. If this establishment does Rectify the problem I will be disputing the charge on my Amex.

I went on Sunday with my bf - we were both getting pedicures and a mani for me as well. When we walked in there were only 3 staff members and 2 clients being helped. They took us and a few minutes later 3 or 4 people walked in with appointments. They were clearly understaffed and should have just told us they did not have availability. They rushed us, cut my boyfriend during his pedicure, and I could tell they were not painting my toes carefully and it wouldn’t last (normally the paint from a pedicure will last me 4+ weeks). I asked for a light orange cat eye color for my manicure. I’ve never done the cat eye before so I didn’t know the process. I didn’t say anything when I saw her painting my nails with a bright orange because of this. It wasn’t until she was done that she asked if I like

I’m so grateful I found Royal Nails! Em has done my nails the last two visits and she goes above and beyond to meet my vision for my nails. I have tip extensions with UV Gel and they’re absolutely gorgeous! I’ve been to several nail salons in the area, but this is my favorite by far. They are also very fairly priced :) thanks Em!

This was one of the best nail experiences I have ever had. They were patient and kind and were extremely helpful. The nail design I have looks amazing, they did a really impressive job. Definitely will come back.

I spent over 139 bucks on me and my mom to have a day to get our nails done, one my mother and myself have 2 fingers with nails completely crooked and my picky nails are uneven. I also wanted a design but after my mother was finished with her set my nail tech, she didn't do a design for me she completely blew my resquest off and just painted them after applying the acrylic. And its only been less than a week and I already need a fill and feel lifting. I could have done my own nails for half that price.
