I love coming here it’s always an amazing experience. The atmosphere and staff are next level and drinks are top tier. The staff not only make sure you’re the top priority but they even educate you on how to properly maintain your nails and toes in between services.

I made an appointment for a Russian manicure, and I still had to wait an hour and 18 minutes before being taken to a chair. The person that did my nails was clearly the owner and she got up every two minutes or so checking on other people, grabbing polish colors for other staff members, cashing people out, answering phones, etc. She wasn’t focused on doing my nails at all! It felt very rushed because it was so busy. When she asked if I liked my nails, I was honest and said no. At that point she did offer to redo them, but I had been there for well over two hours and I just needed to leave. She gave me $15 off my service. I’m bleeding in multiple places, my cuticles look bad for even a basic manicure much less Russian, there was polish around my nails on my skin that I had to pick off mysel

Came in on 02/07 for a full set and a removal of an old set, i usually get a full set of acrylic and the lady convinced me to get gel x full set claiming it was better and longer lasting so i agreed to the service. I got my nails done and they were great i paid and left and on 02/10 i gently scratched my back when i felt my nail fall down my back so i called the nail salon the following day and asked if i could come in to get the nail fixed, i am dealing with car issues so i was on the phone with my insurance when the lady proceeded to not even ask me what type of nails i currently have on and put acrylic on when i have a full set of gel x and if anyone knows with a lighter/ clear type polish it shows up differently when completed. This is the most beautiful nail salon I’ve been too. The owners are very professional and friendly. Love the mocktails too. My nails came out beautiful. They put their heart and soul into the business.

My experience at M Nail Boutique was nothing short of absolutely luxurious. The products, the service, every little detail down to the bathroom (yes, the bathroom too lol) was top notch. The attentiveness and effort of the staff to make sure that everything was perfect was very impressive. And best of all the owner, Ellie’s, enthusiasm and excitement was contagious!! I will absolutely be back and SOON.
