Wow, I was so impressed! The service was super fast while still being very gentle and detailed. This was honestly the first time I truly felt pampered at a nail salon, and it was such a lovely experience. My nails came out gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This is definitely a place I’d love to come back to again. Highly recommend! 💅✨

I took my daughter to get acrylic nails and inquired about the price. The person at the register quoted me $100. I had been there before and was informed that paying in cash would give me a 5% discount, so I asked if that was still the case. The man at the register hesitated for about five seconds before replying no, so I accepted that. My daughter wanted to have her nails done there, so I went ahead with it. When it was time to pay, I noticed the total on the screen was $95, so I pulled out my card, but then the man changed the amount to $101.41. Confused, I asked why the price increased, and he explained that there was a discount for cash payments. I said I would pay in cash, but he then insisted the total was still $101.41. Mind you this was the same person that told me no when I asked.

I had my nails done here before and William did an amazing job. I came back and Eric did my nails. He didn't listen to anything I asked for, made two of my nails bleed, color still left on from my previous color. I got my nails done yesterday and today my nail broke and I live two hours away. If you're going to be expensive you need to give people what they asked for. And it's said because both nail techs on either side of me did incredible work. My nails look like crappy press ons. If you choose to go here make sure you don't got to Eric. This was a waste of money! Now I have to pay someone else to fix his mistakes.

Everytime I come here I’m left with cuts on my nails, I gave them a couple chances with different nail techs but won’t be returning ever again. Today I left with bleeding cuticles and the gel lifting completely off my nail after being serviced. The woman who fixed it I think her name was Eric had the greatest attitude, also beware of KaKa I left his chair all busted up too! 😭😭

I was getting my nails done here for about a year and during that time noticed a lot of issues with customer service and poor nail care practices. Many of the staff members are rude and dismissive (including the front desk) and don't seem to be happy to be working there. I continued to give them my business because I liked Jack's work and how detailed he was with Gel fill-in. Jack is no longer with the salon and has been added to the revolving door of staff that this location can't seem to maintain. They overall don't seem to care about the customer despite all the negative reviews and feedback online. Do better M Nail and Lash Bar!
