Do not, I repeat: do not under any circumstances go there!!!!!! This parking is an absolute scam. They wait there hiding behind the bushes waiting for you to be even a minute late. If you do decide to still go there, be aware that if you pay without the app, you will not be in the system and they will tow your car. The only reason we weren’t, is because we miraculously came a second before it happened. We had to change our clothes 2 hours before the time ran out and had to argue with the tow truck guy that we payed on the ticket machine and had the ticket behind the windshield…. The guy was very rude, and since he couldn’t take our car, he took one of the others, that was minutes, Minutes over the time!! They literally have the tow truck on standby. DO NOT PARK HERE. This place is a complete scam. We paid for parking and were only about 5 minutes late returning to the car, and a tow truck was already there trying to take it. The towing driver was rude and immediately told us we had two options: pay $350 to get the car from the impound lot, or give him $150 cash on the spot — cash only. It felt extremely shady and unprofessional. To make things worse, about two months later I received a “late parking violation” notice from this same parking company, and because the car was a rental I ended up having to pay the fee through the rental company as well. This place is clearly predatory and takes advantage of people. Save yourself the stress and money — park somewhere else.
