M Foot Massage

As a former Massage therapist, red flags were happening almost instantly. Stop false advertising foot massage if you're not massaging your clients feet. They don't take card for payment, they want cash upfront, and the price on the wall outside is wrong.

I stopped here because they advertised $30-40 hour massage. But the sign on door said to go to massage parlour next door. I honestly would've been happy for a $30 foot massage. Not here. Never touched my feet and cost started at $50. Was offered "special services" for extra costs. Not what I came for and I didn't have the money regardless.

Love these place's great service haven't been in a while. Can't wait to make another appointment broke calcaneus. So haven't been able to go but I will soon. Thank you so much for the great service curly hair boy love's you.

“Does your head to toe massage include neck?” “I can’t do that” “I’m sorry, you have it listed on your website, what does the head to toe massage include” “I can’t fix your feet” This is not word for word, but a summary of a two minute phone call to inquire about a service listed on their website. 🙄 Update to owner response: I was inquiring about a service listed on your website. Not some random service I was curious about. Why would I stop by when your phone number is available online? Customer service is a key part of business, and if the person representing your business is unaware of the services available, they deserve more training. You are doing your business and potential customers a disservice. Maybe update your website or train your employees on what you offer.

We scheduled appointments for a foot massage at noon. We were offered the back and shoulder massage "special" for an additional $5. My boyfriend has never had a massage and has daily foot pain.
