Similar but not like the picture I showed. Stitches aren’t noticeable/clean. ATM was down. No other form of payment if you don’t have cash or cash app/zelle. Bad gel/grease. Long wait. Sloppy-rush work.

I had the BEST experience here! Chi Chi, Aissatou and Maty did an absolutely amazing job on my micro tree braids. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and skill are unmatched. My braids are neat, beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. These ladies were friendly, efficient, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair already! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high-quality braiding. Thank you ladies for your outstanding work! I will definitely be coming back!

My appointment was at 8:30. Nobody got there until 9:30. The girl that started on my hair was very good. The owner will have them stop and start on someone else and have you sitting there. She will ask for payment first and to top it off she will asked for you phone to take a picture for you when actually she goes on google and give herself a good review from your phone. I didn’t get outta there until 5:30

I would not recommend this saloon to anyone seeking value for their money. The customer service experience was disappointing and unprofessional. My wife scheduled an appointment, clearly explained the services she wanted and confirmed with the staff that they could meet her expectations. Despite this, they accepted payment knowing they could not deliver what was requested. The service provided was very poor, incomplete, and the staff’s treatment of my wife (get out of my saloon) was discourteous and unacceptable. Even Parking was a very big challenge which is why I didn’t wait for my wife’s hair to be done. Terrible service that’s nothing less than a scam.
