WHAT A LIAR the owner is in the reply below. The product was opened for the first time by your employee when I tried to return it. You charged $11 for a $6 product. And you lied in your response. How flexible is a 7-day return policy with warning signs “posted all over the store”? BE CAREFUL Such a low-quality business has no place in our community! Their return policy is anti-customer - if you buy something there, better be sure because you won’t be able to return or even exchange it. Also, what kind of place needs to buzz you in? Lastly, they inflate their prices so much! I don’t understand how they can stay in business.

Stopped by for a tub of Cantu. Noticed they had it for $10.99 as opposed to the usual $6 that it’s sold everywhere else. Decided to bite the bullet and support local. I buy it, ask for the receipt and leave. Turns out I had a full tub at home already so literally the next day I go back to return the Cantu I bought and they flat out refused to return it or exchange it. On the receipt it clearly says that you can exchange within 7 days, the store clerk did not honor that in the slightest. She said that the tub “had to be sealed” in order to accept the exchange. NONE of the Cantù tubs they sold came sealed, meaning they wouldn’t accept the return from the moment you bought it. This place is shady and scamming people. Not only are their prices way too high, they won’t even honor their own exch

This store is a blessing and great customer service! A young lady I apologize I don’t remember her name she was Hispanic so nice. Going through chemo and searching for a human hair wig. I found some here. Great prices. Lovely wigs. She helped and I felt comfortable. She was honest. Gave me great advice. And suggested sprays and brushes. Thank you girl. God bless you!

Great store men and women. Got my wet shave supplies from here except the Safety razor. Great customer service two young ladies helped me out to answer questions. Place is clean and organized and I will return to buy more suavecito products. I recommend this please if you’re looking for supplies.
