LZ Nail & Spa

i’ve been going here for about 3 years, i found the right nail tech lily . when i ask for short she actually gives me short. overall they are very sweet, and welcoming with good snacks and drinks. sometimes may be a little pricey but it can be reasonable :)

Love LZ! I have gotten my nails done there three times now and I have loved the experience. I am always greeted with a smile by the manager and the staff makes my nails beautiful. Ken did my nails today and they look wonderful!

Amy does my nails , to me she is the best very sweet and patient , she always does such a beautiful job , with my powder manicure and spa pedicure, they are all very sweet, kind and respectful. Also , they are very attentive always offering snacks and good drinks in general.

i used to like going here; now there’s a whole bunch of extra charges you never expect and they profile you. i get french tip acrylic one week and they put gel on without permission (i have a disability and didn’t even know until i left) and charged me 60$ (10 extra for gel) two weeks later i came in with my brother/helper who confronted them and they said they’d only charge me 34$- i get the acrylic french tip same as last time and now it’s 44$ cuz of the french tip??? i’ve never been charged for a french tip, and the lines are uneven/leaning (not even a good french tip) furthermore, they tried to get me to pay BEFORE they finished my nails. i’m latino and younger, so i don’t know what they were implying (like id walk out without paying them???) but overall this salon has gone so far down

I've been going to LZ nail for years, but lately I've noticed that my nails chip easily. I normally get SNS powder, now it doesn't seem to last as long as it used to. Its really disappointing! I even tried switching technicians to see if that would make a difference, but the problem is still the same. I'm wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this-may be they've changed the SNS brand:(
