I am growing my hair out and was seeking to finder a professional braider in the Northern VA area. I booked an appointment with Christelle for waist length box braids for $240 based on the length of the hair. I paid a $36 deposit at booking which was deducted from the service at final payment. Chrisette did an excellent job. It took about 4 hours and 30 minutes including a few bathroom breaks on my part. I was able to bring my own hair which I appreciate, as I ordered a specific type online. The owner answered my questions about differences in styles and recommended box braids over knotless braids based on the length of my hair for hold. I will certainly be booking again! Virginia at Ly’s Beauty Supply and Hair Braiding has been braiding my hair for the past 6 months. She is always professional, courteous and never disappoints. Her parting and braids are neat and precise and most importantly the braids do NOT hurt your head or cause headaches. Her 2 braid styles usually last about 3 weeks on me and her crochet styles even longer. Excellent work. - Toya
