Lynn's Nail Spa

The staff was very quick and the service was fast, which could be a positive for some people. Unfortunately, that speed came at the cost of quality and communication. When I tried to show my nail tech reference photos of what I wanted, she barely acknowledged me, responding with “mm-hmm, got it,” and then did something completely different from what I asked for. There was no discussion or effort to match the design. I was not offered different pedicure options, yet I was charged for the highest-tier pedicure even though I only received what felt like a basic pedicure. The one positive was that the massage during the pedicure was good. The service felt rushed overall, and one week later a nail has already broken off. The Christmas tree designs look sloppy and the line work is not clean,

I walked in after 3:30 p.m. needing to have my nails fixed after a bad experience at a different salon. I had only had my nails for three days when the polish started coming off, and I don’t do strenuous work, so I wasn’t sure what caused it. They were able to see me very quickly. My technician was Thao, and he did a great job adding acrylic, cleaning up the nails and fixing a crooked nail. I showed him my original inspiration photo (which was very different from what I initially received elsewhere), and he got as close as possible to what I wanted, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience.

Always very kind and do amazing work. I’ve gone about 4 times now when I need a new set of nails. I tell all of my customers who compliment my nails that I go to Lynn’s. Everyone in the spa is very kind and funny. I’ve had multiple different nail artists, and none of them have disappointed me.Thank you so much. One thing, she Only takes cash, I didn’t know that on my first visit, she was kind and let me go get cash back from rite aid and come back.
