Manicurist made me bleed multiple times. She ignored me saying she needed to slow down and be more gentle, went in on the cuticles dry and was so painful. Didn’t remove old polish and sprayed my entire hand with alcohol repeatedly. Used a dirty cuticle pusher in a shared styptic powder container. Finally stopped her and asked for a different manicurist. Second one did her best but they still look bad and my cuticles are damaged. Nail chipped in less than 24 hours, usually last a week. No name tags so I can’t say who it was. I did email the salon with more detail but the unsanitary conditions needed to be shared. Photos of how irritated my cuticles are today and all the red spots from bleeding. UPDATE: added a star, they offered a complementary manicure or a refund.

Incredible scalp treatment and super nice ladies at this place! My friend and I got the luxury package and felt completely blissed out afterwards. There's the scalp scrub which made me feel so clean afterward, and the massage part was worth the extra money. After the treatment, they blow-dried our hair so that we didn't leave the salon sopping wet, and the leave-in conditioner made my hair so incredibly soft and shiny. Later that day, another woman complimented me on my hair and asked where I had gotten it done! That never happens to me. And then the next day, I kept getting compliments on my hair which again NEVER happens to me haha. Anyways, the technicians here couldn't be nicer and I'm already planning when to go here again. Highly recommend.

Lyna's is a welcoming, efficient, attractive salon. The parking is plentiful. The eyelash extensions are artfully handled, as are the pedicures and manicures. The staff is careful, quiet and talented in their work. I always enjoy and appreciate their services.

i was there today first time my nails looks so ugly and they charge me $65 never coming back. you can't see it on the pictures. just added it anyways
