This is an excellent store! I come here to buy nail polish and supplies for personal use (meaning, I don't run any type of nail business), and their selection is AMAZING! You also truly cannot beat the prices here. I will never go back to buying nail polish online or at drugstores, because the selection and prices at Lynamy are unmatched. Great deals, friendly staff, and they seem to have everything I could possibly need to keep my nails looking pretty & healthy.

I used to shop here regularly but am reconsidering. The customer service is TERRIBLE. The bickering back and forth about who should get what, the past experiences about who's free to ring up who, why don't you ring him up you're not doing anything in Vietnamese is embarrassing as I also speak and understand Vietnamese fluently. The younger guys and young (was pregnant) lady are fine, it's just those older ones. This time I was getting rung up; asked for something in the glass case and the lady cashier to the left in front asked a man to help and he then said he didn't want to or told her to do it herself, she calls him dumb and they proceeded to go back and forth about it with other employees and customers around! IT WAS RETRIEVING IT FOR A ME! A CUSTOMER! Making it classless and unprof

Great staff. They really seem to care about their customers. I had an issue with a product and I brought it back and they switched it out and gave me a backup just for the trouble. I really appreciate it.

Lynamy is the BEST nail supply in Chicago. I have been coming here for years, even before I went to school and got licensed. I am a gel tech and do apres gelx, which they carry at a very reasonable price. I also like their large selection of DND polishes and of consumable equipment like files, cuticle softner, and sanding bands. I come from central IL for Lynamy. I am always able to get help and everyone is so friendly and ready to help. Even if that particular person is unable to help they will find a staffer who can. My clients ask where I get my cool new polishes and art supplies, I tell them I travel to Chicago to get the best of the best 🫶🏼 at lynamy. I will say I dont park in the lot outside as it always seems chaotic and city driving gives me stress. I can usually find park Chicago
