LyLy Nails & Spa | Oak Creek

I been going to LyLy's on and off for years (Only because I live 40 mins away) but they never disappoint. I didn't have an appointment but was seated quickly, the tech was great Clean professional and friendly salon.

Nikki the owner is my go to for nails! Her and her staff always do an amazing job and are always so friendly!

I am never one to make reviews but I have to share my experience. I’ve been to this place a handful of times before and have had great experiences. This past time however, I unfortunately had a terrible experience with my gel manicure. As you can see from the pictures, the technician completely cut into my skin on 3 of my nails, leaving them red, swollen (5 days later now), painful, and extremely tender to the touch. It almost seems they are beginning to get infected now too. It was for my sister’s wedding of all times which made it even worse. Over $60 for this. I loved this place but will not be returning.

Very disappointed in this salon. I have tried multiple times to give this place a shot and they are rude every time. I had an appointment but had to wait over 25 minutes to even be seated. The girl was rudely pulling my hands closer to her and completely rushing the whole time. I asked for almond shape and I received very misshapen nails. I also had French tips done and the lines were very lopsided and not even straight as well. I was there after close so I couldn’t mention anything. I called the next morning and asked for a manager or someone in charge. The girl who did my nails happened to answer the phone and she was rude then as well, would not give me to someone who was in charge. I asked if they could be Redone and she said there was nothing she could do for me because I paid and lef

VERY disappointed with this place. The nail tech was cutting down my tips with scissors and cut the tip of my fingertip off causing a chunk to be exposed. In addition, kept trying to place cotton with this stop bleeding that made it burn in which I asked her to remove as it hurt more. I reiterated that she cut a chunk off and given the location it likely wouldn’t stop bleeding. My finger was then throbbing and bleeding the entire appointment (and after) when this was suppose to be a relaxing time. I was shocked given the situation that she charged me full price on top of it.
