I’ve been to this salon several times, and while there are some good manicurists, it’s unpredictable who you’ll get and what the quality will be. A few times they’ve applied the wrong color which I just let it go, and most recently I had a French manicure that chipped within one day. When I went back to get it fixed, the manicurist did so begrudgingly and told me it was “my fault for tapping” too much on my keyboard. I’ve been at my computer every day of my life and have never had gels chip in one day. After he fixed it, he didn’t apply a top coat to the other nails, and the next day two more chipped. When I came back again, they said a woman could fix it since the man was busy, but she acted upset the entire time because I wasn’t paying more for the repair. She argued with me, saying aga

Very clean and well organized. The staff are professional. The lady who did an acrylic nails for me did an amazing job. I will go there again.

Always a wonderful experience. I have never left disappointed and wondering what I paid for. Professional, clean and great quality. I've been a customer for at least 5 years. The owner is a sweetheart and so helpful. If you call for an appointment, she'll work with your schedule, she's very accommodating. Wide range of OPI colors.

Very quiet & relaxing environment. Technician was very good. Service was acrylic tips and gel powder. Nicely done. Liked the fact they are a "by appointment" type salon. They actually honor that...so I am thankful for that . Price was in line with other salons for same service.

Not sure how everyone rates this so well! Made an appointment for 2 manicures a week in advance. We were a few minutes early to pick out colors. They rushed 1 of us along to get started. I said we made an appointment so we could sit together. The lady could have cared less. I went 1st, and even though there was an open chair next to me, they sat someone else there, a walk-in, and when the employee finally got there, they sat my friend 3 spots away. Typical manicure, nothing special. Nothing great about the facilities either. Average cleanliness, not overly impressed. Overall, thought they had no customer service and could have cared less about our request. Just like most places, all about getting you in and out asap.
