LV SPA & NAILS

i came in to get my nails fixed from a bad nail experience i had somewhere else and the nails are exactly what i wanted!! the staff is friendly as well and were fun to talk to!! i would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to get their nails done in the area!

I recently moved to the area and tried this salon for the first time. I came in for a fill, as I regularly keep up with my nails. Within an hour of leaving, one nail popped clean off. I went back the next day and was told it would be a 20-minute wait for one repair, but I had to leave and planned to return. The following day, another nail began lifting. When I came back, the owner told me I actually needed a new set—not a fill. This was never communicated to me during my appointment. I explained that I had just paid $60 for the fill and offered to pay the difference for a full set, since I understood there would naturally be a price difference. However, I was told I would need to pay the full $55 for a new set on top of what I had already spent. That didn’t feel fair, especially since the

Me and my niece had gotten our nails done. I have gotten the gel manicure, which came out nice although the lady doing my niece‘s nails was cussing in Spanish on the phone, which I understood was a private conversation. I did not appreciate that my niece could understand everything that was coming from her mouth. The nails that was done on my niece and myself were outstanding but that conversation was not child friendly. My niece is under the age of 12 and clearly was uncomfortable with it as well.

I had the great fortune of walking by this gem and decided to give it a try. I was thoroughly impressed with the pedicure and nail fill. They corrected my previous nail disaster that another salon had done 2 weeks prior. Extremely satisfied with the service. Technicians were very professional. The salon itself was very clean as well. Thank you LV NAILS, I have finally found my go-to spot in El Paso.

Service is always friendly and they do great work. It's always busy so come with time to spare or come mid day when everyone else is working! I especially love the natural ingredients used for the pedicures! (Black Gel mani in pic)
