I WILL NEVER patronize this nail shop ever again. They do not appreciate you as a customer. I’ve been a longtime customer. My regular nail tech was unavailable back in January. I made an appt with my backup tech. I arrive the day of the appointment and the owner, Vincent, claims the backup tech moved. She had to move in like 3 days I thought that was weird bc he never mentioned she was moving when I made the appointment with her. So I was stuck with him doing my nails bc I had an appt at 10 when they opened and not all of the techs had come in yet. I settled for Vincent bc I had no choice and it was a terrible idea. His work was not good and I made it clear, very politely, that my nails didn’t look good. He nor anyone else made an attempt to fix them and instead gave me my money back. C

I went in for SNS on 12/28. After 1 week I noticed one nail chipped. Here I am a week and a half later(1/8) and 3 nails have started chipping. I’m a regular here and use to get gel polish on my nails until they constantly kept recommending SNS due to chipping. So I started getting SNS thinking it will last longer smh... They also rush and skip steps just to get to the next client! They just want the money. This is not the first time this has happened and I wish they will do better. I spend a lot of money here, I hate that they’re so close to my home and convenient.

I had an amazing experience at LV Nails! Lisa did a phenomenal job on my pedicure. It was the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! My nail service was also great. I got SNS with a french tip. The young lady who did my nails suggested that I add a chrome line design and it was gorgeous. I like the fact that she made the suggestion. Also, when I came in, they were packed but they moved through the rush pretty quickly. I was not in the nail salon all day. Because of the exceptional pedicure by Lisa, this is now my new nail salon! If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Great customer service LV nail salon!!!

Overall: Decent Nail Tech, Deceptive Pricing I went to LV Nails for a couple of years based on a recommendation, and I want to be very clear about one thing: Lynn does an excellent job on nails. She is very skilled, very popular, and consistently delivers great work. I would recommend Lynn specifically, not the shop as a whole. Unfortunately, my issues are with the business practices of the shop itself. The nail polish they use is noticeably thinned out, which results in nails breaking extremely easily, sometimes within an hour of leaving. I also experienced constant inconsistency with pricing. Every visit seemed to be a different amount. I would call ahead and ask the price for a service, only for it to be $5–$20 more when I arrived, with no clear explanation. There are no posted prices

The worst gel manicure I have ever received. The nail tech would not allow for my nails to fully dry in between coats and got frustrated and had an attitude with me when I pointed out they were not ready. This caused my nails to be bumpy and have lint from the towel used to shine them after. She also told me I don't know what I'm talking about since I don't do nails for a living. This is so bad to the point I have to go get my nails done again to save myself embarrassment of walking around like this. I would've rather not gotten my nails done at all.
