Angel is wonderful! Attentative and friendly. Her nail tip designs are magical and she has a green thumb. Jay is also very nice very gentle and is great following pic designs. Mr. Larry is very nice as well. He is informative and friendly making sure you are ok throughout the process. He is great with nails designs and offers the best recommendations for your nails. His cat eye illusions are amazing!

I absolutely love this place!!! The entire staff is polite, professional and knowledgeable. Those three things are important to me when I do business with a company. I highly recommend this business. I am satisfied every time I get my nails and feet done. The LV Nail Lounge is beautifully decorated and always clean. (Updated, I tried eyebrow waxing and tint here and will not do it again. The technician left a mark on my lower eye brow that was bleeding. Thank goodness for triple antibiotic ointment. The tint was too dark and the wrong color. Then she charged me for it. After saying sorry. I'll stick to nails. ) I had an excellent experience today at this location. Took my daughter in to get her nails. The technician asked me for approval of her requested styles and length. The location was clean and timely.

So, I was in the area and needed a fill. It was the closest place and the reviews seemed good enough for me to chance it. When I got there, I didn’t have to wait long because someone was finished when I got there. The nail tech was pleasant and polite. She did my fill in record time. The polish was done nicely. My ONLY concern was that if I didn’t mention washing my hands, she wouldn’t have allowed it. She went ahead and still oiled my cuticles with all the dust on my hands 😩😩. She said she would reapply the oil after the wash, that wasn’t done. She was kind enough to give me some lotion though. Of all my years of getting my nails done, did I get a polish with my hand all dusty. Not sure if that’s a new thing. Idk. Apart from the powdery hand finish, everything else was good.
