Hey everyone, I love this location. I love it here at LV beauty supply I highly recommend coming to this location. The customer service is excellent. They go over and beyond for their customers, huge quality and selection great products, up-to-date on their products and their customer service once again, outstanding, thank you so much to Racheal Sam, and Erica . I had an issue at the previous beauty supply. I drove 30 minutes to the location on Mary And unfortunately, things did not go as planned, but I called here and they were so kind and sweet. They even pre-ordered my order for me so I can pay as soon as I get there. The perfect selection thank you so much again Rochelle known as Rocky and thank you again Mr. Sam I highly recommend excellent customer . -clean -wide selection -calm env

I can always find the color hair I need and the customer service is awesome. Everyone is always helpful and nice.

I love this store for the variety of brands they carry, but the staff is rude and unprofessional. I was accidentally charged for items that weren't mine. One item I noticed and said it wasn't mine. I didn't notice the other two. To their credit, an employee did follow me outside and tell me I was overcharged. When I came back inside, the cashier kept saying "she said the rest of the stuff was hers.". She was annoyed that she had to phone the manager and ask how to refund me. Since she had such an attitude, I waited for the refund. Had she been nicer, I would have kept the two items that I was charged for. I'll be ordering online going forward.

My go-to beauty supply in LV!!! They treat me wonderfully and always have a great selection.
