Luxx1 Nails and Salon

Luxx1 Nails was recommended to me by my daughter's friend. I called and they got me in right away. This is the first time I have had my nails done and didn't really know what I wanted. Everyone was so sweet and kind, they, along with an another client, talked to me and took their time explaining my different options. My nail technician made my nails look absolutely beautiful! They have never looked this nice! I am so glad I got my nails done and I can't wait to go back again! Thank you!

Absolutely obsessed with my nails! The attention to detail is incredible, and the designs always turn out even better than I imagine. The shape, color, and artwork are flawless, and they feel strong and comfortable. I’ve been coming here for over a year and have never once had a chip or break, which says everything about the quality of the work. The experience is always professional, relaxing, and consistent. I leave every appointment feeling confident and pampered. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting nails!

I was referred here by a co worker. I was about to give up on nail salons because I have had such bad experiences. I had Leah/Le for my pedicure & Gel polish. I told him everything I was afraid of, what had happened to me before and he was able to offer me assurance and make me feel comfortable. I have never had a pedicure that detailed. My 1st pedicure that was enjoyable. I felt relaxed. He was asking me if I was okay. He let me know what he was going to do before he did it. I would highly recommend him. My biggest compliment for him is that he did not rush. I had Emily for my full set of acrylics. I also told her that I was scared of the burning. Emily is so sweet, amazing, understands the assignment with what needs to get done when it comes to shapes and designs. Prices are reasonable and I love it here!!

I wish I could give this negative stars. I took my friend here to get our nails done two weeks ago. Both of our nails lasted less than a week before literally falling off or chipping. When I called with my concerns, I was told if I couldn’t get there before Christmas (which was 2 days away) then i would have to pay for them to fix them. I was in Kansas with family that week. After arguing with the staff, they agreed for me to come in and fix them free. However, it was such a horrible job that I could never again let them touch my nails. DO NOT GO HERE WHATEVER YOU DO! The first picture is a week after and the second is 2 weeks after. I will add that I religiously get my nails done every 3 weeks and have been to many places in the fox valley. I have NEVER had this kind of experience.
