Luxx Spa & Nails Hayward WI

I had a lovely experience. I enjoyed my pedicure; my toes and feet feel great. And my fingernails are spectacular. I get sculptured nails, and mine are perfect -with shape, color and strength. The shop is pleasant and quiet, and I look forward to my next visit.

The guy that did my feet I’m unsure of his name was really good however every single time I get my nails done here they try to do whatever they want and not what I want they had two different people working on my hands they didn’t do two coats of the white polish so it looks kind of bad and none of it is even:( I’m a content creator and my nails are constantly online I get paid for it so this is really upsetting i even made a appt they couldn’t even do a soak off normally

Came here yesterday for a full set after not getting my nails done for a while, and I was excited to try somewhere new with many good reviews. Sadly, I did not have a good experience here. I immediately noticed that the tech did not clean up her station at all between clients—none of the tools were sanitized and the towel was clearly used. As she was doing my nails she was very nice, however, she cut me multiple times and never acknowledged the fact that she was making me bleed around my cuticles A LOT. Also the color just isn’t quite what I expected or picked out, which also left me disappointed. I will not be coming back.

Update went back yesterday 7/29/23 and had my nails done again. And I am in love with how they came out. The lady that did them (I didn't get her name) did them exactly how the picture was. I will ad pictures to. The last 2 pictures are from yesterday. 01/25/23 They did an amazing job on my nails. They got me in the same day I called. Very professional and quick. Oh and they give you a hand massage also that is very nice of them. Thank you guys I will be back. And I will send my friends to you guys 😊

I just love my nails and the were so courteous and had time to do this. They are great with customer service
