Absolutely obsessed with my nail set! The shape is perfect, and the attention to detail is unmatched. They’re not only beautiful but feel super durable and comfortable. I’ve received so many compliments already! Highly recommend to anyone looking for stunning, high-quality nails. Will definitely be back.

Friend and I showed up at 9:15am for our appointment got out of there at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. One of my friends nails popped off while she was buffing them so she had to redo it and then a different nail popped off two hours later when she went to work. Someone went in there for an appointment at 11 had to come back at 12 and then sat there for an hour so she left without getting anything done. Realistically I think I got overcharged for my nails (85 dollars for a full set whilst my friend got charged 65) but I’m not complaining about that at this point. Really just upset that 50% of my day was spent at a nail salon when I could’ve gotten them done somewhere else within an hour tops. Nails are pretty cute though I guess…

Our nails look amazing and the customer service was great! She even did my babies nails and was so patient with her:) will definitely be a regular costumer here!

they did a very good job on my toes and nails, but i will say the price was beyond expensive. i paid $190 for 2 gel pedicures (basic pedicure) and a set of acrylic nails. i have never paid that much anywhere before so i was very shocked. the prices aren’t posted anywhere, so i guess i should’ve asked but i didn’t expect the prices to be that high. i wont be returning because i now refuse to pay that much when i can get cheaper elsewhere for the same work.

I was so upset with my nails that I got done at Billings and couldn't find a nail salon in Powell or Cody that would take me in at the last minute until I went into Luxx. Katie took me in and redid my nails like I wanted it done. She was very sweet and professional. The place was organized and clean. I definitely recommend Katie and will be coming back when I need to get my nails redone.
