Luxx Nail Salon

I am devastated. Yes I got the basic manicure and a light pink. They were not very friendly, the nail tech got my finger a little bit. And they didn’t dry my nails how they were drying anyone else’s nails. They dried my nails with a SPARKLY fan, which left me with SPARKLES IN MY NAILS while others in the salon today had the lights to dry the nails. As well as tried to “fix” a mistake by adding more polish and it not looking right. And not letting it dry completely which led to getting my money from my wallet ruining the rest of the nails. Nor did he make sure it covered my nail properly. I have an important dinner in an hour and a half and he rushed through my nails and let me leave with this.

Helen always goes up and beyond giving great service. I love her pedicure work and she does a great job. The place is awesome and beautiful inside. If you haven’t tried it out I would highly recommend you checking it out in the near future.

Stephanie did my gel extensions and they look amazing! My pedi was also amazing (got the sumptuous pedi) and my massage was so relaxing (I cannot remember the name of the girl who did my pedicure). Everyone at Luxx Nail Salon is so friendly & nice!!

**UPDATE** 2/11/24 went to get my nails done yesterday(1/18/24), after a couple weeks of not having nails, I got there a little after 6pm because I had recently gotten out of school & had driven a little over 20mins to try a new salon with good reviews. My set wasn’t finished until 8pm (salon was scheduled to close at 7:30pm) & my total came out to 108$ including the 20$ tip. When I initially entered the salon, I asked for a full acrylic set. I was shown a seat & a man approached me. My nail tech’s name was Vincent, he was very sweet & was honestly the only enjoyable part of the experience. I showed him the reference photo (full set of hearts) & he said he would be able to do it. Mind you nobody informed me on how much the set would be until over halfway through the nail job, when I was t
