The place itself is beautiful. The staff is super nice and very accommodating. My pedicure was the best! Brian almost put me to sleep 🤣 and my nails came out better than I imagined they could, Tom did an amazing job. I will absolutely be back.

It was my 1st time here and it was clean and beautiful inside . Receptionist was really nice and helpful. I hardly ever get my nails done at salons I usually do them at home but with hardly any time I haven’t really, and honestly my husband said go get your nails done & a pedicure you need some relaxation and it’s true I do I have been needing some me time to relax 😌. I got the Spa Pedicure ( amazing ) I had Julie taking care of me and I will definitely be going back with her , I also added a classic manicure I did both French with shellac on my pedi & mani I just wanted something clean and simple . Staff was really nice from making you feel comfortable and offering beverages. I went in as a walk in at 10am so I got a coffee and let me tell you it was pretty good & so relaxing to be hone

I mainly go for pedicures at this salon. Last month I decided to get my nails done. I wanted a gel set. A couple of my nails were short and I was told that they can do builder gel and add on to the nails that were shorter. I first got my pedicure done by Brian and he was great! For my manicure they set me up with Jason because they said he knew how to do builder gel really well. He was nice and friendly but I'm sorry, the work was not great. I also did not know you get charged extra to do cuticle care. So my nails were done around my ugly cuticles and the gel was not cleaned up on the edges very well at all. Lynn did amazing! Everyone is amazing here. I've come here a couple times but today definitely solidifies this one being the best! I always just come with a picture of what i want and they make it happen 💕 -update. This is definitely my favorite nail salon, this time I did have to bring my kids & they were more than accommodating with them. John was amazing & so patient with me. I showed him my idea but was sad i couldnt do gel-x with it so we brainstormed some other ideas

Tiffany did a great job today. I hadn’t had a pedicure in so long, I was embarrassed at how neglected my feet had become lol. She made me feel comfortable and didn’t rush the process. The experience at Luxx hasn’t changed at all, great vibe and energy. Will book services more often.
