Luxury Top nails and spa

This was my second visit. The first time, I got a fill and didn’t notice until I got home that the fill was uneven. It wasn’t a big deal, but this time I mentioned it and asked if they could please make sure everything was even. The manicurist seemed confused. I just said when you file them down can you make sure it’s not lumpy. I also had three different people working on my nails, which felt a bit disorganized. After the fill, another manicurist painted them, and once the polish was on I could clearly see that two nails were still uneven. When I asked if they could be fixed, I was met with an annoyed response and a comment implying I was being overly detailed. He did undo the polish but they still were lumpy. I understand the salon was busy, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want

Horrible services and awful nails. Was treated so rude when I demanded they redo one nail that test sticking straight up they tried to say it was my nail. They finally fixed it just to have them so still look horrible. Not worth 60 bucks.

I've been coming here for 7 1/2 years. Now that I am considered a "reoccurring customer" they've gotten lazy, sure, they are friendly, remember me, ask about my family but, they are lazy and do not treat me the way they treat new clients. I am still a paying customer and they refuse to do two lines and two dots on my 7 year olds nails, just want to do a sticker or smiley face, that's not what I'm asking for. I even wanted pedicures for my children, it says child friendly, they ignored that and act to busy to take time to care about their clients. This was my last time here and that saddens me that this place and the works can't uphold quality service for loyal customers.!

Eric ( or however you spell it ) slayyyyyyed with these nails . Put his whole back into them , my favorite by far 🤏🏻💓 an my toes Henry I think correct me if I’m wrong put that work in they look good . Can’t wait to see them again !

Horrible. Nothing like my inspiration picture. Can’t even fit the nail on right. Cheap crappy nails.
