Luxury Spa & Nails Evansville

Highly dissapointed and very angry!! Went today to finally treat myself to something nice and get my nails done for valentines day. Got there at 320 pm. After I got off work.. Pic included is what I wanted and thats not at all what I got. (And yes I had the picture to show the nail tech) I wanted medium length coffin shaped nails. My nails looked like they had thick bubbles on them.. they were absolutely disgusting looking.. so the lady took it off and tried something else.. again.. they were not cute nor what I wanted at all.. I finally got irritated because i had sat there all that time for my nails to not even be what I wanted and I just told her to paint them red. My nails at 7pm (mind you I had been there 3½ hours at this point) when I left were short and just done so sloppy.. its 10

If I could post this and give zero stars, I would. I’ve never felt like I wasted $25 more than I did today. Imagine running a business and when someone doesn’t like the terrible messy job that you do on their nails that mind you THEY are PAYING for, you want to grab my hand, grab my fingers forcefully towards you, shove my hand into the gel lamp, which by the way I have never in my entire life had a single person put my hand in the nail thing and you didn’t even do that at first before I asked you to fix my nails, but then all of a sudden you wanna slam my nails into the lamp? Then push my hand away and say you’re done now yeah. I am done. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I could not imagine running a business like that. Came with a friend for walk-in a few hours before close. Not a long wait time. Had two nail techs, they switched between my friend and I for some reason. They used files and tools that were stored in a dusty altoid can labelled "used". there was another altoid can labeled "new" or "clean" (I can't remember exactly). so their tools that they used on my hands were probably dirty. no gloves were used during the service. I asked for an ombre design, and I wasn't pleased how they turned out. I even showed the nail tech a photo of what I wanted. After they switched, and the second nail tech was finished with shaping my nails, my finger tips were covered with glue. I asked him if he could remove it, and he just told me it would come off in the shower (like I didn't have things to do after the app

I don’t like to go anywhere else but here! They both do SO GOOD. I’m never disappointed and they always figure out a way to do my crazy requests. They are closed on Mondays though! The hours say differently but literally go here, you won’t be disappointed!
