Luxury Nails

Koi was amazing once again! This is my second time getting my nails done here an it was a great experience again for my daughter an I both. The shop was very clean and the syafg was friendly.Hannah was nice and very helpful as well. I'd refer Koi to other people looking for a nail tech.

My first time going today but i LOVED my experience! the guy doing my nails was so nice and did an amazing job! i don’t get my nails done often but i will definitely be going back again!

I've been using this nail salon for over 15 years. Today was the best experience I've had here. They offered drinks in a variety upon being seated. It looks totally different and the vibes are great! I had the pleasure of having Allan service me today and he was amazing! Absolutely will return!

The nail tech was shaving my nail down so much it was burning & hot. I told my nail tech that it was bubbling and polish was uneven, she said she would fix it. But didn’t do anything. She didn’t seem to understand me. Then a gentleman told me she’s busy now and if I wanted to fix it, I’d have to pay again. He said he didn’t know what my nail bed looked like before. I have healthy nails, no conditions. I told them I decided not to do my toes after seeing my nails. I will not come back again. Plus it was extremely hot with no AC. Thumbs down for customer service!
